The Fluvanna County Employee Appreciation and Recognition Program (P.R.I.D.E. in Public Service) provides opportunities for citizens, employees, and supervisors to recognize staff, subordinates, supervisors, peers, and co-workers for individual and team achievements in areas such as customer service, suggestions, committee memberships/roles or activism, special skills, task forces, projects, superior performance, and heroism.
P.R.I.D.E. Recognitions are: Unsolicited, special acknowledgments of a County employee or employee group that made a special effort, did an outstanding job, displayed high quality workmanship on a project, demonstrated a caring and sensitive attitude, or other good deeds or service. P.R.I.D.E. Recognitions are intended to acknowledge exemplary performance or behavior.
