Public Notice of In-Person Early Voting & Ballot Drop-Off Locations

PUBLIC NOTICE

for the

 JUNE 18, 2024, PRIMARY

in

FLUVANNA COUNTY, VIRGINIA

In-person, early voting will be available at the Registrar’s office:

  265 Turkeysag Trl, Suite 115, Palmyra VA   22963

Voting will begin Friday, May 3rd, 2024, and will continue, Monday through Friday, until Friday, June 14th, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

The Registrar’s office will also be open:

Saturday, June 8th, 2024,   9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

Saturday, June 15th, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (**FINAL DAY TO VOTE EARLY AT THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE.

 

JUNE 18TH, 2024 VOTERS MUST VOTE AT THEIR DISTRICT POLLING PLACE ON ELECTION DAY.

 

The Registrar’s office will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day.

 

A Ballot Drop will be available inside the Registrar’s office during in-person, early voting and will be available at each precinct on Election Day Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Where:  You may apply online or at the following sites:

  • County Registrar Office
  • Public Library
  • Department of Motor Vehicles Offices
  • Pub­lic Assistance Agency offices, i.e., those offering food stamps, aid to depen­dent children and/or aid to persons with disabilities, etc.
  • Military Recruitment Offices
  • District Governmental Centers

For other locations and for more information contact your General Registrar.

When:  You may register year round except during the 21 days prior to a general or primary election or 13 days prior to a special general election. Registration will be permanent under most circumstances.

If You Move: To remain a qualified voter, you must notify your local voter registration office of any change in your name or address.
