This is the county's only traffic light. Constructed in 2008, this light controls the intersection of Slice Road and S Boston Road.

This Food Lion is one of the most popular stores in the brand's chain. The store was recently renovated in 2019.

This 50-acre public lake in northwestern Fluvanna County was developed with support from the Fluvanna Ruritan Club, which secured the location and land for the lake. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries manages the lake for recreational boating and fishing. The lake was constructed in 1956.

1st & 3rd Friday of every month the Fluvanna Library hosts a FREE movie with popcorn! There are movies at 2 and 7 pm. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
