Hidden Away - African American History and Genealogy Resources in Fluvanna
Sponsored by the Fluvanna County Historical Society
Join the Fluvanna County Historical Society, Saturday, February 10, 2018 to hear morning guest lecturers Dr. Shelley Murphy, Andi Cumbo-Floyd, and Renate Yarborough-Sanders about their experience in African American genealogy and research; stay for guided research in the Fluvanna County Court Records and the Archives of the Fluvanna Historical Society. Bring your own lunch or sign up for a box lunch from ME2 for a cost of $10. There is NO FEE to attend this conference, but donations to the Fluvanna Historical Society’s Fund for African American Research are welcome. Conference ends at 4:00PM.
