The County of Fluvanna has received a grant award from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs for the construction of a new Burn Building as a prop to assist in training the fire service for the Fluvanna area. This RFP is the Second step in a 2-step competitive negotiation. In accordance with the D/B Procedures, based on a committee evaluation of qualification statements received in response to the previous RFQ 2018-06, only firms selected to participate will be provided a copy of this RFP.
