FLUVANNA COUNTY – BASEMENT RENOVATION

By this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”), the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors (hereinafter the “County”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors (herein referred to interchangeably as “Contractor” or “Bidder”) to establish a firm fixed price contract with Contractor to furnish, deliver, supply and install all necessary labor and materials associated with the remodel and renovation of the Administration Building Basement (the “Basement”) and complete any and all necessary or appropriate associated work at the site (“Site Work”) or other work in accordance with the specifications, Plans (as defined below), or terms and conditions stated herein.
