Department of Social Services - Family Services Specialist I/II

FAMILY SERVICES SPECIALIST I/II:  Fluvanna County Department of Social Services, a high-performing team of human services professionals, is currently recruiting for a Family Services Specialist, who is seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of adults, families and children.  

This Family Services Specialist position is responsible for managing the Child Care Assistance program in addition to performing intake duties for Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services and other services programs.

 Telework options are not available for this position. 

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services area is required.  Hiring range is $38,103 - $50,000.
