Family Services Specialist III- Department of Social Services

FAMILY SERVICES SPECIALIST III:  

Fluvanna County Department of Social Services, a high-performing team of human services professionals, is currently recruiting for a Family Services Specialist III, who is seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of families and children.  This Family Services Specialist position is a senior position responsible for managing complex foster care cases and performing supervisory back-up duties.  Hybrid telework options may be available for this position.  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services area is required. 

A working knowledge of the foster care program is preferred.  the hiring range is $40,852 - $60,000.
