Library Services While Closed to the Public

1. Telephone/Email - staff will still be answering the phone (434) 589-1400 and email (fluvannalibrary@gmail.com) - we can help with putting items on hold, answer questions, etc.

Call or email us if:

• Do you need help accessing your account? Downloading materials?
• Don’t have a card but need one – we can get you one!
• Any other question or concern – please call us!
• Need certain tax forms?

2. Ebooks/Streaming Videos - Checkout out our Online Reference page on our webpage https://www.fcplva.org - you will need your card number - but give us a call for assistance.

3. Curb Side to Go - this is a NEW service starting March 17. You can put items on HOLD via the card catalog or give us a call - we will pull the items and call you know when they are available to pick up at the curb.

Other Items of Concern

• All items will be renewed until April 4 and this will be extended if needed.
• No fines.
• You may see items on your card longer than expected – all items will be cleaned and quarantined for 24 hours before being checked in and either re-shelved or held for the next person.
• It will help us if you keep your items until April 4 – PLEASE!
• WiFi is available in the back parking lot and front porch 24/7. No password.
