The Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide for the furnishing, delivery, installation, and implementation of a web based vendor hosted online payment system for County fees, taxes, payments, costs, charges, and related amounts payable to the County of any kind in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. All sealed proposals shall be turned in no later 2:00 p.m. EST, Friday, April 7, 2017
