Body Dip

• With arms supporting body, bend arms and lower body between bars.  Raise body back to starting position by straightening arms

Hamstring Pull

• Sit with right leg straight. 
• Bend left leg so foot touches side of right leg. 
• Slowly bend forward at hips. 
• Keep back straight and try to touch chest to top of leg.

Lift and Drop

• From a sitting position, raise both arms over head. 
• Slowly drop arms between legs.

The County of Fluvanna, Virginia invites qualified licensed consulting firms to submit proposals for services relating to telecommunications facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the County, including, but not limited to, as-needed application review, lease management, general consulting, marketing, and real estate brokerage services as such Services are more specifically defined in this RFP.

Fluvanna County is seeking competitively sealed proposals from firms or individuals to provide professional consulting forestry services to the County. The County owns several parcels of real property in various locations throughout the County and desires to engage the services of a consultant forester to advise on selective and/or clear cut timbering of certain areas, and to provide all necessary services associated with the timbering. The successful firm or individual shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work.

Fluvanna County is seeking competitively sealed proposals from qualified licensed and insured financial institutions to purchase up to $7.7 million Taxable Qualified Energy Conservation Bond (Direct Pay) OR up to $7.25 million Bank Qualified Tax-exempt equipment lease/purchase for energy projects located in Fluvanna County Government and School buildings.  The County asks that financial institutions provide proposals for one or both of the financing options detailed below.  The winning proposer shall have the necessary expertise to perform such services as described within this solicitation
