Hamstring & Lift drop

Hamstring Pull

  • Sit with right leg straight. 
  • Bend left leg so foot touches side of right leg. 
  • Slowly bend forward at hips. 
  • Keep back straight and try to touch chest to top of leg.

 

 

Lift and Drop

  • From a sitting position, raise both arms over head. 
  • Slowly drop arms between legs.

 

Hand Walk & Body Dip

Hand Walk

  • With arms supporting body, hand walk across parallel bars.

 

Body Dip

  • With arms supporting body, bend arms and lower body between bars.  Raise body back to starting position by straightening arms
Bar Jump

Bar Jump

 

  • With legs together, jump over each bar
  • without stopping.  Jump only once between each bar
