Scheduling an Appointment

Prior to an appointment being scheduled probate forms must be completed and returned to this office.  If a Will exists, please also provide a copy of the Will and death certificate.  You may return the forms by email to afrazier@vacourts.gov or ttreadway@vacourts.gov or fax this information to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office at 434-591-1971. 

If you do not have access to a fax machine or email these documents may be returned by mail or in-person. 

You MUST have the original Will for the probate appointment and a certified copy of the death certificate.
