The Fluvanna County Fire and Rescue Association (FRA), in conjunction with the Emergency Management Coordinator, ensures that fire and emergency medical services are provided in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

The FRA consists of members of the Lake Monticello Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, Fluvanna Volunteer Fire Departments, and Fluvanna County Department of Emergency Services.

Fluvanna County Department of Social Services.  Responsibilities:  provide supportive and protective services to families, children, and adults; maintain up-to-date knowledge in all service program areas.  BSW, MSW, or human service degree required.  Salary:  $35,618 minimum (salary commensurate with experience).  All state applications must be submitted online at https://virginiajobs.peopleadmin.com.  Application deadline is 9/14/18.  EOE/AA Employer.
