The Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to establish a firm fixed price contract with Contractor to furnish, deliver, supply and install all necessary labor, and materials associated with the construction of the Zion Crossroads Water and Sewer System.

The County of Fluvanna has received a grant  award from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs (“VDFP”) for the construction of a new Burn Building as a prop to assist in training the fire service for the Fluvanna area. Pursuant to this Request for Qualifications, the County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of plans and specifications and for construction of a Prototype II, Class B Burn Building.
