A special meeting of the James River Water Authority is being convened as noted above for:

 “Consideration of a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) for consultation with legal counsel retained by the JRWA regarding the Army Corps of Engineer’s permit to construct a water intake and pump station and the terms and conditions of a treatment plan associated with the Army Corps of Engineer’s Section 106 review process.”
