Current Vacancies:

• The Fluvanna County Planning Commission is preparing to undertake a full update of its Comprehensive Plan. To that end, the Commission is looking for individuals to serve on the following committees; Historic Preservation, Rural Preservation, Economic Development, and Housing Committees. These committees will help guide the development of a new Comprehensive Plan for the County. The Comprehensive Plan is a guide to the future growth and development in Fluvanna County, and forms the basis on which zoning and subdivision ordinances, transportation plans, and the capital improvement program are based. As such, these committees will play an important role in the process.
